PARADOX in collaboration with 1x1 Art Gallery is pleased to present FRAGILE, a group show featuring ten contemporary Indian artists at the Singapore Arts House on Old Parliament Lane. This exhibition features delicate mixed media works on paper, digital prints, sculptures and paintings by some of India's most talented upcoming artists. As we face increasingly tumultuous economic, political, and ecological times the world seems more vulnerable than ever. Acts of revolution across the globe, economic turmoil weakening the world's largest economies, and tragic natural and man-made disasters have rendered the world fragile. It is this notion of fragility, and the various shapes and forms in which it manifests, that lie at the heart of this exhibition.
