Haroon Mirza and Suzanne Mooney, whose respective solo exhibitions /|/|/|/|/|/|/|/|/|/|/|/|/|/|/|/| and The Edge of Collapse are on show in the galleries from Saturday 21 January, discuss their work in events here next week.

On Tuesday 24 January, 6pm, Suzanne Mooney speaks with Dr. Mick Wilson, an artist, writer and academic. They consider Mooney's methods of image making and her creative influences, as well as the text Wilson has written to accompany the exhibition.

Haroon Mirza is in conversation with Marie-Anne McQuay, curator at Spike Island, on Saturday 28 January, 2pm, touching on the artist's collaborative approach to making work, his interests in underground cultures and his most recent projects.

Both events are £3 (free for Associates), and booking is advised. Please call 0117 929 2266 or email to reserve a ticket.

Our winter programme kicks off this Friday with the preview of these exhibitions from 6 to 8pm. Other highlights include talks by graphic designers Fraser Muggeridge on Tuesday 31 January and Metahaven on Thursday 23 February.
