She received her education at Parsons School of Design, New York and Central and Saint Martins College of Art and Design, London. She lives and works in Hyderabad, India.
We're delighted to share that Avinash Veeraraghavan has been invited to participate in the Kochi-Muziris Biennale 2016. The biennale, curated by Sudarshan Shetty, will begin on December 12, 2016 and be on until March 29, 2017 in Kochi, Kerala, India.

Bharti Kher's first major retrospective in North America will open at the Vancouver Art Gallery. The exhibition, Matter, co-curated by Daina Augaitis, chief curator and associate director, and Diana Freundl, associate curator, Asian art, will include artworks spanning her diverse practice.

From August 8, 2016 Dani Admiss, curator and researcher (UK), Saubiya Chasmawala, artist (Vadodara) and Romit Raj, programmer and systems architect (Bangalore) will be in residence.
